Our goal is to build a profitable biopharmaceutical company by discovering, developing and commercializing small molecule drugs and recombinant proteins to treat conditions such as bone and mineral, gastrointestinal, and central nervous system disorders.

Our first discovery, cinacalcet HCl, was developed and is being marketed by Amgen as Sensipar® for treating secondary hyperparathyroidism. We have drug candidates in all stages of development ranging from discovery research to preclinical testing through advanced clinical trials. We believe that our diverse pipeline of products helps reduce risk and increases the likelihood of our success.
